Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors per site policies and emergency procedures at a financial institution.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly; document observations and coordinate with site contacts or law enforcement.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, restricted areas, and cash-handling spaces for suspicious behavior; report concerns per post orders.
• Support access control by verifying credentials and visitor movement; escalate for unauthorized persons.
