Job summary

Constellis is seeking Armed Security Guards to support 24/7 operations at multiple customer facilities. You must hold a Full Scope Polygraph (TS/SCI with FSP) and be prepared for 6pm-6am, 12-hour shifts. A high school diploma or GED and at least 6 months of related experience are required.

Responsibilities include access control, incident response, and incident reporting, with training in CPR/First Aid/AED. Travel between facilities may be required in this role.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 6 months of experience in law enforcement, corrections, security, or the U.S. Armed Forces.
• Ability to pass background checks and obtain required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Control access to facilities and inspect for proper identification.
• Respond to incidents and follow Use of Force policy.
• Report incidents and maintain equipment proficiency.
• Perform duties in day or night shifts and ensure safety.
