Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer – Armed Mobile Patrol in Seattle, WA to protect clients and assets across financial institutions and other facilities.

Qualifications

As an Armed Patrol Officer at a financial institution, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $32.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 08:45 AM - 05:15 PM
• Sat 09:00 AM - 02:15 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the facility, entry points, parking areas, ATM areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for employees, visitors, contractors, and deliveries in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activity accurately and promptly, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Possess a concealed carry weapons permit.
• An armed guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
