Job summary

Inter-Con Security is seeking Armed Officers in Miami, FL to perform visible patrols, emergency response, and customer service duties at client sites. The role emphasizes safety, incident reporting, and collaboration with local law enforcement.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or higher, 5+ years in security or related fields, and valid D&G license. CPR is preferred. Training and career development are provided. Veterans are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in security or related role.
• Must be 21 years of age and hold valid licenses.

Responsibilities

• Patrol floors and parking/outdoor areas to deter theft and security threats.
• Monitor CCTV systems to identify suspicious behavior.
• Provide customer and employee assistance, respond to emergencies.
• Enforce policies to maintain a safe environment.
• Coordinate with leadership on-site and with local law enforcement.
• Complete incident reports for security events.
• Engage in ongoing training to enhance security knowledge.
