Inner Parish Security Corporation (IPSC) is recruiting for PETRO INSIDE / OUTSIDE Security Officers with excellent customer service and security skills to join our highly-regarded team. Full-time and part-time positions are available. Retirees and veterans are welcome.

Pay rate is $18.00 per hour, paid weekly. Overnight shift 11 pm - 8 am. Required Armed Guard Card.

Prior law enforcement, military, and/or 1 year of security experience is a plus; however, training will be provided to the right candidate.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing both regular and random patrols of multiple premises
• Reporting security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences
• Performing control procedures when necessary
• Operating emergency equipment
• Documenting nightly operations and filing weekly reports
• Investigating breaches of property

Requirements:

Physical and Mental Job Requirements:

• Effective written and verbal communication skills, especially in emergencies

• Physical ability to walk, run, stand, climb, sit
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs waist-high
• Good mental health and decision-making skills in emergencies
• Must meet state licensing requirements for security officers
