Job summary

Saint Luke's is seeking a Public Safety Officer for Crittenton Children’s Center in Kansas City, Missouri. You will patrol the campus, respond to incidents, and assist with parking and security needs. This full-time night shift runs from 5:45 pm to 6:15 am, totaling 36 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related security or safety experience preferred.
• Missouri DSS fingerprinting requirement.
• Driver's license - Class E.
• Mandt/CPI APS training or certification is preferred.
• Private Officer Commission in various jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Assist employees, patients, and visitors with security needs on campus.
• Assist with parking, and control entrances/exits to parking areas.
• Patrol hospital campus and report safety issues per procedures.
• Provide escorts and routine security services to employees, patients, and visitors.

Crittenton Children’s Center is seeking a Public Safety Officer to join our team. You will be required to know all aspects of security, including: patrolling, approved security responses, and reporting incidents/issues according to department procedures.

Must be 21 years old.

Shift Details: Full-time Nightshift position. Current hours are 5:45pm- 6:15am, 36 hours a week, three 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assists employees patients and visitors with security needs while on the campus
• Assist with parking needs, controlling entrances and exits to parking lots
• Patrols hospital campus and reports safety security issues according to department procedures
• Provides personal escorts and other routine security services to employees patients and visitors
