Job summary

BTI Security is seeking a vigilant security professional to patrol and monitor our client sites in Columbia, SC. You will manage access control, observe surveillance systems, and promptly report incidents to the Operations Manager.

The role requires English proficiency, strong communication skills, and experience in the security industry. CPR/First Aid and firearms training are preferred; multiple shifts and full-time hours are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in security operations and incident reporting.
• Ability to communicate clearly and document events in English.
• Familiarity with access control and surveillance operations.
• Licensed or trained in firearms, first aid, CPR and AED as required.

Responsibilities

• Patrol exterior and community areas; monitor for disruptions.
• Control access for entrances/exits and movements of employees/visitors.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and report incidents.
• Prepare detailed daily activity and incident reports.
• Maintain credentials per contract requirements.
