Responsibilities include enforcing policies, monitoring safety, managing guest access, patrolling areas, and documenting incidents for review by the operations team. Ideal candidates have the ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures, strong physical stamina, and a valid armed guard permit.

Qualifications

• Armed guard permit required.
• Ability to work indoors/outdoors in varying temperatures.
• Physical stamina for standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
• Previous experience as an armed guard desirable.

Responsibilities

• Access Control: Manage entry for guests and customers.
• Policy Enforcement: Uphold client and company policies and procedures.
• Safety Monitoring: Observe and report fire and safety hazards.
• Patrol Duties: Conduct routine foot patrols around buildings and grounds.
• Incident Reporting: Communicate pertinent issues to the operations manager, clients, and other department managers.
• Public Interaction: Engage with clients, visitors, public safety officials, employees, and the public.
• Report Writing: Document incidents and observations accurately.
• Additional Duties: Carry out other assigned tasks as needed.
