Job summary

AX9 Security, Inc. is seeking professional Armed Security Officers to maintain a safe and secure environment at businesses, organizations, and residential properties in Los Angeles, CA. The position is full time with hourly compensation.

Responsibilities include access control, policy enforcement, safety monitoring, patrols, incident reporting, and effective public interaction. Must hold Valid Armed Guard Permit and Valid Security Guard Permit; outdoor/indoor work, physical stamina required.

Qualifications

• Armed Guard Permit required
• Security Guard Permit required
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures
• Physical stamina for standing, walking, bending, and lifting
• Previous experience as an armed guard desirable

Responsibilities

• Access Control: Manage entry for guests and customers.
• Policy Enforcement: Uphold client and company policies and procedures.
• Safety Monitoring: Observe and report fire and safety hazards.
• Patrol Duties: Conduct routine foot patrols around buildings and grounds.
• Incident Reporting: Communicate pertinent issues to the operations manager, clients, and other department managers.
• Public Interaction: Engage with clients, visitors, public safety officials, employees, and the public.
• Report Writing: Document incidents and observations accurately.
• Additional Duties: Carry out other assigned tasks as needed.
