Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Armed Patrol Assessment in Los Angeles, CA. This role offers fixed anchor shifts with the option to pick up additional shifts to increase earnings, targeting a part-time schedule at healthcare facilities.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities in a healthcare setting.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations calmly using post orders and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of healthcare facilities, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify concerns.
• Monitor access points and support visitor management per site requirements.
• Document incidents and observations accurately and communicate information to appropriate personnel.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Armed Patrol Assessment in Los Angeles, CA, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeTue04:00 PM - 08:00 PMThur04:00 PM - 08:00 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare setting.
• Respond to incidents, medical‑related emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established post orders and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of healthcare facilities, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and support visitor management procedures in accordance with site‑specific requirements.
• Document incidents, observations, and/or security‑related activities accurately and communicate relevant information to appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an Armed Guard Card or License.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry‑specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
