Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and the public at government facilities following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and disturbances calmly and follow established procedures.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of government buildings, parking areas, grounds, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry while assisting visitors with directions.
• Prepare reports and maintain documentation related to patrols and incidents.
