The Osen-Hunter Group is seeking a Full-time Armed Protective Security Officer (PSO) for a federal contract in Greensboro, New Bern & Wilmington, NC. This role involves controlling access, patrolling facilities, and upholding security procedures.

Candidates must be at least 21, a US citizen, and able to obtain/maintain required licenses. Weekend/holiday shifts and travel may be required. Wage: $26.75 per hour. We offer training and support focused on safety and professional reporting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and a US citizen.
• Must possess a valid SSN and reliable transportation.
• Fluent English with ability to write clear reports.

Responsibilities

• Control access to client facilities by verifying admittance and screening visitors.
• Monitor entrances, gates, CCTV, and remote access systems as applicable.
• Patrol assigned areas on foot or vehicle to identify hazards and violations.
• Respond to incidents per established procedures and document outcomes.
• Complete logs and reports with accuracy and proper grammar.
• Report suspicious activities or safety concerns to client reps and authorities.
• Follow all safety rules, site policies, and request clarification when needed.
• Undertake additional duties based on site needs.
