Job summary

Paragon is seeking an armed Security Officer to safeguard client sites and keep premises secure for visitors and personnel. You will observe, report, and respond to incidents, enforce access control, and patrol the site by foot or vehicle as directed.

This role requires being at least 21, having a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to meet background checks, licensing, CPR/AED certification, and potentially overtime. You must stay calm under pressure and comply with all safety policies.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Background checks and licensing may be required.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification may be required.
• Must follow safety rules and procedures at all times.

Responsibilities

• Observe and report incidents at assigned locations.
• Control access to client site and manage admittance process.
• Respond to emergencies with appropriate escalation of force.
• Patrol assigned site by foot or vehicle.
• Prepare logs or reports as required.
