Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Armed Security Officer Elite Enhanced in Fort Worth, TX to provide reliable security at the assigned site with flexible hours and opportunities to earn more by picking up shifts. The role supports store teams, customers, and visitors and requires an armed certification and a strong safety mindset.

You will work fixed anchors on Sat 07:00-17:00 with optional additional shifts through the Earn More, Claim-A-Shift program, and you can advance toward full-time

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of combined law enforcement, corrections, or military experience OR at least 5 years in armed security.
• Valid driver's license required per policy.
• Level III Armed Certification in Texas required.
• Must be 21+ and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide security services to store associates, customers, and visitors per site procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents, disturbances, medical situations, and emergencies.
• Perform regular armed patrols of the retail location, entrances, exits, parking, and perimeter.
• Observe and report suspicious activity and policy violations to deter theft and risk.
• Maintain incident reports and communications with site leadership.

As a Armed Security Officer Elite Enhanced Part Time Patrol Driver in Fort Worth, TX, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $25.00 / Hour

DayTimeSat07:00 AM - 05:00 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to store associates, customers, vendors, and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the retail location, including sales areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, policy violations, hazards, and unauthorized access, helping to deter theft, trespassing, and other security-related concerns.
• Maintain required documentation, incident reports, patrol records, and communications with site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 3 years of combined law enforcement, corrections, or military experience, or at least 5 years of armed security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
