Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Level III Armed Patrol Driver to join our Fort Worth, TX team. This full-time position involves patrolling a food and beverage distribution location, monitoring access points, and maintaining a professional security presence to deter and respond to incidents.

You will deliver customer service, follow site policies, and work with a team to ensure safety and security while using available tools and training provided by Allied Universal.

Qualifications

Job Description

As a Security Officer Level III Armed Patrol Driver in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Armed Security Officer in a food and beverage location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, and maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including situations involving deliveries, shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the facility, warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents, and unusual observations, and promptly report security-related concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Level III Armed Certification is required in Texas only.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
