Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Licensing requirements subject to state and local laws.
• A Guard Card or License is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to shoppers, tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and disturbances following established protocols and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular armed patrols in retail and mall areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity, reporting suspicious behavior and policy violations.
