Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Officer - Patrol Response in Las Vegas, NV. This part-time role involves patrolling retail and mall locations, maintaining a visible presence, and responding to security concerns with professionalism.

You will engage with customers, tenants, and visitors, report incidents, and follow location procedures. Requires prior armed security experience and an Armed Guard Card.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, or armed security experience.
• Possess an Armed Guard Card or License.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as required by law.
• Drug screen as required by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to shoppers, tenants, visitors, and employees while following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular armed patrols in retail common areas, parking lots, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious behavior or hazards.
• Complete detailed patrol and incident reports and maintain documentation.
