Job summary

DK Security is seeking an Armed Security Officer for a part-time role based in Battle Creek, MI. The position offers 8-hour shifts Friday through Sunday, with a starting wage of $19.89 per hour.

Officers will guard entry/exit points at a local headquarters, perform patrols inside and outside grounds, and ensure the safety of employees, visitors and property. Requirements include a valid Michigan CPL and driver's license, ability to pass a drug screening, and completion of post-specific

Qualifications

• Must provide exceptional customer service.
• Guard posts at the entry / exit points of the local base.
• Conduct foot & vehicle patrols of the interior and exterior of the grounds to ensure a safe and secure environment.
• Ensure unauthorized persons do not enter restricted areas.
• Check for employee, vendor, and visitor identifications.
• Look for suspicious persons, packages and activities
• Must follow site specific post guidelines.
• Document daily activities and report all incidents.
• Other duties as assigned.
