We are currently hiring full-time Armed Security Guards in Lillington, NC. This role involves patrolling correctional facilities and ensuring security both inside and outside the premises, without inmate interaction.

Position Details

• Pay: $21.00 per hour
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Driver's License
• Must be able to certify at the range for an armed NCPPSB guard card
• Shift hours: 12-hour shifts (6am - 6pm / 6pm - 6am)
• Preferred experience: armed security, corrections, military, law enforcement

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by implementing safety and security procedures, policies, and emergency responses
• Respond calmly and effectively to incidents and critical situations
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 21 years old for armed roles
• Possess a high school diploma/equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience
• Undergo background checks and drug screening in accordance with laws
• Participate in industry-specific training programs
• State/local licensing requirements may apply
• A valid driver’s license required only for driving positions
