Position: Armed Security Officer in City Center, Pittsburgh, PA
Shift: General Day and Overnight
Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00/hr
Location: Hotel Setting

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated armed security officer to ensure the safety and protection of our client’s assets, in accordance with all local, state, and federal laws. Must possess a valid PA ACT 235 license.

Responsibilities

• Exercise discretion regarding the use of your firearm
• Submit incident reports to the US Security Care operations team
• Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a security presence
• Perform site-specific tasks according to organizational policies
• Monitor surveillance cameras periodically to identify disruptions or unlawful acts
• Protect client and assigned locations from harassment, physical attack, vandalism, and other unauthorized actions

Qualifications

• Neat and professional appearance
• Minimum of 1 year armed security experience
• Valid PA ACT 235 license
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass criminal background check and drug screening
