Job summary

Walden Security is seeking a part-time Security Officer for weekend shifts to protect client properties against fire, vandalism, and unauthorized entry.

Candidates should be 21+ with a GED or high school diploma, and be able to pass background checks and drug tests. A Pistol Permit in Alabama is required, with Armed Security License preferred. Military or law enforcement background is a plus.

What You Will Do

Our Security Officers protect the Industrial or Commercial property of our clients against fire, vandalism and illegal entry.

Our clients range from Class-A Office Buildings, Luxury Residential Properties, Distilleries, Fortune 500 Companies, Financial Institutions, Telecommunications, Manufacturing/Industrial Factories, Hospitals and many others.

The position that is available is a part-time weekend position.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Minimum of 21 years of age
• Ability to pass criminal background check and drug test
• Pistol Permit in Alabama
• Armed Security License preferred
• Previous military or law enforcement experience preferred
