GardaWorld Federal Services seeks an Armed Security Guard to deliver high‑level security at a USCIS facility. On-site, typically in a two-person team, you will control access, screen visitors, and respond to incidents in line with contract requirements.

Requirements include U.S. citizenship, English proficiency, armed security experience, and valid licenses. Must maintain readiness, communicate clearly, and follow post orders in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum of two years of armed security experience or equivalent.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English proficiently.
• Must possess and maintain an active State Security Guard License for the state of the assigned post.
• Must possess and maintain an active State Firearms License (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Perform continuous access control duties, including screening visitors and personnel.
• Conduct regular facility checks and monitor surveillance systems.
• Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms per post orders.
• Document all activities and incidents in daily and incident reports.
• Enforce security protocols for all agency personnel and visitors.
• Maintain proficiency with screening devices and equipment.
• Communicate with partner guard and Regional Security Manager as needed.
