Job summary

IronRock Security is seeking an Armed Security Officer to oversee access control at a healthcare center in Newark, NJ. The position requires a strong presence, excellent communication, and prior access control experience.

Qualifications

• Armed security experience with concealed carry permit required.
• Access control experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor access control points
• Conduct regular patrols of the property
• Perform occasional mobile patrols
• Write clear incident and daily activity reports
• Support scheduling and communicate staffing needs
• Maintain a professional and customer-friendly presence
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies appropriately
