Qualifications

• 4+ years of armed security experience with a concealed carry permit.
• Access control experience.
• Valid driver’s license for periodic mobile patrols.
• Strong communication and report-writing skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsabilités

Position Overview

IronRock Security is seeking a reliable and experienced Armed Security Officer to oversee access control at a healthcare center in Newark, NJ. This role requires a strong presence, excellent communication skills, and prior experience with access control. The guard will help ensure site coverage, support fellow officers, and maintain a safe environment for staff and customers. This is a hands-on leadership role with opportunities for growth within IronRock Security.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor access control points
• Conduct regular patrols of the residential property
• Perform occasional mobile patrols as needed
• Write clear incident and daily activity reports
• Support scheduling coordination and communicate staffing needs
• Maintain a professional and customer-friendly presence

Requirements

Compensation & Benefits

• $25-27/hour
• Full-time and part-time opportunities available
