The position is part-time (Mon-Tue, 2pm-10pm) with opportunities for growth. Compensation is $25-27/hour; benefits include medical, dental, and 401(k) options for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of armed security experience with a concealed carry permit required.
• Access control experience required.
• Valid drivers license required for periodic mobile patrols.
• Strong communication and report-writing skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor access control points.
• Conduct regular patrols of the residential property.
• Perform occasional mobile patrols as needed.
• Write clear incident and daily activity reports.
• Support scheduling coordination and communicate staffing needs.
• Maintain a professional and customer-friendly presence.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies appropriately.
