Job Description: Armed Security Officer

We are seeking qualified Armed Security Officers to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary licenses, experience, and skills to perform security duties effectively. Below are the minimum qualifications and responsibilities:

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Possess a valid Current State of New Jersey Guard Card (Armed Sora).
2. Possess a valid Current State of New Jersey Qualified Firearm Permit.
3. Be at least 25 years old.
4. Minimum three (3) years Armed Security Officer experience.
5. Possess a valid High School Diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
6. Have own reliable transportation within a 40-Mile radius.
7. No illegal drug use; pass a drug screening.
8. Prior military experience with a valid Discharge Form DD214 (if applicable).
9. Able to pass physical and communication assessments.
10. Operate cellphones and two-way radios proficiently.
11. Ability to interact courteously with the public and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform foot patrols and monitor site conditions.

3. Enforce property rules and monitor access points.
4. Investigate incidents and prepare reports.
5. Maintain a professional demeanor and assist visitors, employees, and customers.
