As a Clarion Armed Security Officer, you will be responsible for the security and safety of our clients' property and personnel. You will know all site-specific policies and procedures, be attentive and alert, record and report incidents, participate in the clients' emergency response procedures as appropriate, and provide superior customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills to work in a team environment and to interact with customers, clients, and visitors of all categories.
• Obtain, hold, and maintain a valid armed guard card/license, as required in the state for which you are applying.
• Successfully complete a background investigation and a drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Driving Positions: Must be 25 years of age, possess a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to safely operate a vehicle.
• Basic computer skills to operate innovative technology.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and effectively.
• Ability to deescalate situations and clearly operate within and articulate the Use of Force Continuum.
• Able to:
• Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow, or heat.
• Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds.
• Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift.
• Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time.
