Job summary

Titan Protection and Consulting, Inc. is seeking armed security officers to maintain a safe environment across multiple sites in the Kansas City area. Both full-time and part-time openings are available, with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

You will perform foot and vehicle patrols, enforce procedures, and respond to incidents while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions per procedures.
• Ability to stand, walk, and potentially restrain individuals.
• Familiarity with security systems and technology.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and clean driving record (if required).
• Knowledge of firearms is preferred.
• Security experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
• Respond to alarms and emergencies, following protocols.
• Maintain a visible presence to deter security breaches.
• Conduct regular security checks to address hazards or violations.
• Communicate with team and supervisors about incidents or concerns.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to employees and visitors.
• Complete thorough and accurate incident reports as required.
• Stay updated on security procedures, protocols, and industry trends.

Job Description

In this role, you are responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, community, and visitors. You will do foot patrols for your designated areas, vehicle patrols (if required for your position) for your designated post/location, enforce security protocols, and respond to incidents when needed. Your assigned post will differ depending on your experience, and availability. Our available sites are always changing, feel free to speak with a recruiter about position/location specifics.
