Afognak Diversified Services, Inc, a company of Afognak Native Corporation, has opportunities for part-time Armed Security Officers. The Armed Security Officer includes but is not limited to a variety of security related duties such as responding to calls/incidents, securing/safeguarding specific scenes, and performing crowd control as required. The officer will also conduct personnel, vehicular, and building facility inspections; as well as First Aid and CPR as required. Completing all required reports, forms, and other established procedures via electronic security application is essential.
The officer must safely maintain and qualify with assigned weapons, maintain uniform and grooming standards in accordance with company policies, operate a patrol vehicle in a safe manner, conduct flag protocols, safeguard all assets, provide motorist assistance, and escort persons and equipment as needed. Conducting other assignments in accordance with established SOPs is also required. Familiarity with various security systems such as CCTV, access control, emergency notification systems, and mobile security applications is necessary.
Pay rate: $17.50 to $20.50 hourly
