Job summary

Constellis seeks Armed Security Guards to support 24/7 operations at client facilities in the Chantilly and Tysons Corner VA area. Multiple full-time shifts are available for individuals who hold a Full Scope Polygraph and are ready to join a growing team.

6pm-6am, 12-hour shifts. The role requires 18+, a HS diploma or GED, 6 months of related experience, a valid driver's license, and a TS/SCI with FSP clearance. Training in CPR/First Aid is included.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• 6 months experience in law enforcement, corrections, security, or the U.S. Armed Forces.
• Current TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly clearance.
• Pass criminal, credit, and driving record checks.
• CPR, First Aid/AED certifications.

Responsibilities

• Control access to facilities and verify IDs.
• Respond to incidents with appropriate use of force.
• Handle emergencies (fire, medical, bomb threats, etc.).
• Observe and report incidents or suspicious activity.
• Maintain proficiency with equipment and weapon systems.

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are currently seeking Armed Security Guards to support the 24/7 operations of multiple customer facilities (GVA), located in the Chantilly and Tysons Corner VA areas. Various full-time shifts are available for enthusiastic individuals who currently possess a Full Scope Polygraph, (TS/SCI with FSP), and are looking to become part of an expanding team within a large organization that can offer career growth potential.

6pm-6am 12-hour shifts only.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Control access to facilities by monitoring sureequipment, inspecting vehicles, and ensuring all personnel entering the basehave the proper identification.
• Respond to situations on base using the appropriate escalation of force level up to and including armedby following established Use of Force Policy.
• Responds to incidents of fire, medical emergency, bomb threat, elevator emergency, hazardous materials, inclement weather, and other incidents that may occur during day or night.
• Observe and report incidents or suspicious activity.
• Maintains proficiency and safety in the use of all assigned equipment, control devices, and weapon system.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Qualified candidates must possessat least 6-monthsexperience in either Law Enforcement,
• Department Corrections, Security, or the United States Armed Forces.
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and able to multi -ask with little assistance.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and able to interpret documents to ensure all rules and procedures are applied.
• Successfully pass criminal, credit, and driving record checks.
• Must be able to pass all training and obtain required certifications to include CPR, First Aid/AED.
• Valid driver's license.
• Current TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly clearance.
• While performing the duties of this job the employee is frequently required to sit, talk, or hear, stand, walk, use hands to handle, drive a motor vehicle, or operate objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms.
• The employee occasionally lifts and/or moves up to 25 pounds
• Inside and outside of facilities, moderate to extreme temperatures. May require travel between facilities.
