Job summary

Star Pro Security is seeking an Armed Security Guard to patrol and secure our client’s gas stations in the South Gate area. The role requires vigilance, strong communication, and the ability to respond quickly to incidents.

Part‑Time to Full‑Time; pay $21–$22 per hour; swing/graveyard shifts; valid California Guard Card and Firearm Permit required; driver’s license in good standing; weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of armed security experience.
• Valid California Guard Card and Firearm Permit.
• Valid Driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Completion of accredited security training program.
• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned gas station locations to monitor and secure premises.
• Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or suspicious activities; de-escalate when needed.
• Monitor security cameras and perform visual inspections for breaches.
• Interact professionally with customers and employees; provide assistance.
• Prepare detailed daily activity and incident reports; communicate with supervisors.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and use-of-force guidelines.
