Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Officer to protect clients at rail transit sites in the Hollywood, Downtown LA, SGV, and SFV areas. You will provide customer service while enforcing safety procedures and site rules, with flexible weekend shifts and rover duties.

Required are 21+ years old, a California armed security license, a high school diploma or 5 years of verifiable experience, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

As an Armed Security Officer you will serve and safeguard clients in and around rail transit stations in the Hollywood, Dowtown LA, SGV, and SFV areas.

Schedules Available:

• MUST be available WEEKENDS; open and flexible to various shifts (swing or overnight)
• This is a ROVER position

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles
• California armed security license
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
• This site has strict grooming standards, including, but not limited to being clean shaven and covering all visible tattoos
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universalwill consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry specific security/safety training programs
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
