Job summary

Absolute International Security in Calexico, CA is seeking an armed security guard to maintain a safe environment for clients, employees, visitors and property. This role requires vigilance, professionalism, and the ability to perform patrols, monitor access points, and respond to incidents.

Shifts include swing, grave, day, and weekend rotations with a pay rate of 19.50–20.50 USD per hour. This is a full-time, non-exempt position offering weekly pay and benefits; prior security or law

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and client requirements.
• Strong verbal communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to write clear and accurate reports.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Act as a visible deterrent to prevent rule violations.
• Perform armed driving patrols of the assigned area.
• Monitor entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
• Control access points and maintain logs.
• Observe and report suspicious activities or hazards.
• Prepare incident reports and daily activity logs.
