Job summary

IDS International is looking for a part-time Armed Security Guard to support the Truman Presidential Library in Independence, Missouri. Responsibilities include patrolling the facility, monitoring visitors, and ensuring security protocols are followed.

The ideal candidate must be a U.S. citizen, at least 21 years old, and possess a minimum of three years of military, security, or law enforcement experience within the last five years. Proficiency with firearms and Microsoft Office is also required.

Qualifications

• Citizen of the United States and at least 21 years old.
• Ability to pass all pre-employment physicals and testing.
• Three years of military, security, or law enforcement experience within the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high visibility and surveil visitors for suspicious activities.
• Patrol the facility and monitor a closed-circuit television feed.
• Secure access points and monitor visitors throughout the facility.
