Observes and reports activities and incidents at an assigned client site, ensuring the security and safety of client property and personnel. Conducts periodic patrols to check for irregularities and inspect protection devices and fire control equipment. Preserves order and may enforce regulations and directives related to personnel, visitors, and premises. Several levels are available, including:

REQUIRED: Level III Armed Guards

Duties and Responsibilities

• Patrol industrial and commercial premises to prevent intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates
• Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
• Monitor and control access for employees, visitors, and others to prevent theft and maintain security
• Document daily activities and irregularities, such as damage, theft, unauthorized presence, or unusual events
• Call police or fire departments in emergencies
• Interact with visitors, patrons, and employees to maintain order and protect property
• Answer calls, take messages, and provide information during non-business hours
• Warn rule infractions, apprehend or evict violators, using force if necessary
• Operate detection devices to screen individuals and prevent prohibited items from entering restricted areas
• Escort or drive vehicles to transport individuals and provide personal protection
• Inspect and adjust security systems and equipment for proper operation and tampering evidence
• Guard armored vehicles transporting valuables to prevent theft and ensure safe delivery
• Monitor building controls like HVAC systems
