Job summary

Veterans Covert Protection Group is seeking Security Agents in Pleasanton, CA to deliver exceptional service to clients and the public. Agents may work solo or in small teams, executing security procedures, threat assessments, and emergency responses as needed.

Candidates must hold CA CCW/HR218/LEOSA or CA Guard Card, a valid driver’s license, and CPR/First Aid certification; 3–5 years of physical security experience is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience providing physical security, surveillance, emergency response, access control, and/or incident management.
• Possess a valid CA CCW, HR218, or LEOSA.
• Possess a valid CA Guard Card.
• Have a valid driver’s license.
• CPR/First Aid Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, customers, and patrons, operating individually or as part of a small team.
• Maintain composure and respond calmly to critical situations.
• Implement security procedures including threat assessments and EP SOPs.

$33–$35/hour

Job Description

Security Agents are required to provide exceptional customer service to all clients, customers, and patrons. An agent must be prepared to operate individually or as part of a small team. All clients, customers, and members of the public must receive excellent service from our agents.

Desired Qualities

• Experience designing and implementing security procedures including threat assessment methods and EP SOPs
• Ability to provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response if need
• Able to adjust and adapt to different environments and personalities
• Able to respond calmly to critical situations

Interview Process

Two-step interview process, first a phone screen to go over the position and experience. The second part would be an in-person interview at our Pleasanton office. Candidates normally hear hear back from us within 2 days of your interview, whether you’re selected or not. You will receive an electronic Non-Disclosure Agreement to sign before your video interview.
