Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible and professional security presence inside and outside the building.
• Sign in and verify scheduled visitors for the state agency.
• Monitor all access points and ensure only authorized personnel enter the facility.
• Conduct hourly interior and exterior patrols throughout the premises.
• Escort staff to and from their vehicles when requested.
• Respond quickly and appropriately to alarms, incidents, or disturbances.
• Prepare accurate daily activity reports and incident reports.
• Provide courteous and professional assistance to staff and visitors.
• Follow all company and client security procedures at all times.

This position involves both indoor and outdoor responsibilities, ensuring the safety of employees, visitors, and state property. Officers must maintain a strong security presence, monitor access, and respond promptly to any incidents.

Key Responsibilities
