Job summary

GardaWorld Security Services U.S. is hiring an Armed Tactical Security Ambassador to patrol locations such as retail stores, airports and detention centers. You will read environments, anticipate risk, and act accordingly while moving around during shifts.

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have at least 1 year of armed experience
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• First aid certification is an asset
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas
• React quickly to threats or incidents
• Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
• Document incidents and actions taken
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

As a Security Ambassador – Tactical, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, detention centers, etc.

What’s in it for you:

• 1st schedule: Full-time, Monday and Friday, 1st shift, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Saturday through Sunday, 1st shift,8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
• 2nd schedule: Part-time, Friday through Sunday, 2nd shift, 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.
• 3rd schedule: Full-time, Saturday through Wednesday, 1st shift, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• 4th schedule: Full-time Monday through Friday, 1st shift, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• Competitive hourly wage of $24 / hour(DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)
