DK Security in Alpena, Michigan, is seeking an Armed Security Officer to protect a key site and its occupants. You will perform foot and vehicle patrols, manage access control, monitor CCTV, and respond to emergencies to maintain a safe environment.
Candidates must be 21+, have a High School Diploma or GED, hold a Michigan CPL, and pass a drug screen plus background check. Pay is $20.00 per hour with paid sick time and CPL licensure reimbursement benefits.

Armed Security Officers are responsible for protecting the site’s building, grounds, assets, employees, tenants and visitors against criminal activity, accidents, and fires. Armed Security Officers in this region will protect one of the State's most critical infrastructures: our military bases! You will work on a team to control access to the facility at all entry/exit points and will perform vehicle patrols around the grounds as well.
As an Armed Security Officer at DK Security, your duties may vary depending on the site you are working. Officers will conduct foot and vehicle patrols dependent on the site location. Additional responsibilities may include:
