A security services company is seeking an Armed Security Flex Officer to provide coverage at various client locations throughout Palm Beach County. This role requires flexibility for short-notice assignments and a background in security or law enforcement. Successful candidates must have valid Florida Security Licenses and a reliable vehicle. Qualifications

• Valid Florida Class D & G Security Licenses.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Minimum 3 years security experience (military/law enforcement preferred).
• Open availability (days, nights, weekends).
• Reliable personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed where applicable).
• Ability to pass background screening and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage at various client locations.
• Respond to short-notice shift assignments.
• Conduct patrol, access control, and reporting duties.
• Maintain communication with Command Center.
• Transport equipment or documentation between sites if needed.
• Uphold uniform and appearance standards.
