GardaWorld Security is seeking an Armed Security Flex Officer to protect assets across various sites in Bakersfield, CA. This role requires readiness for day, swing, or overnight shifts and a willingness to cover additional shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays.
• Authorized to work in the United States with valid state licenses.
• High School Diploma or GED required; armed security credentials must be current.

Responsibilities

• Conduct perimeter checks and monitor access points to prevent unauthorized entry.
• Inspect fences, gates, railcars, and buildings for tampering or suspicious activity.
• Respond to alarms and emergencies; coordinate with law enforcement when needed.
• Write clear incident reports and log shift observations and actions.
