Qualifications

Armed Guard Card/License required.
At least 6 months of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
A valid driver's license is required.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Background investigation will be conducted per laws.
Drug screening required where permitted by law.
Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to members, guests, residents, and staff while carrying out site-specific access-control procedures.
Monitor entrances, verify credentials, manage visitor access, and maintain records.
Respond to incidents and document activities in a calm, professional manner.
Conduct regular patrols of entrances, parking areas, common spaces, and perimeters.
Assist with traffic flow, events, and guest inquiries while maintaining a welcoming environment.
