Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and clients by applying security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and notify appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of interiors, parking areas, access points, and surrounding perimeters.
• Monitor entrances/exits, verify credentials, and maintain logs and incident reports.
• Maintain a professional armed presence and follow laws, training, and site orders.
