Qualifications

• At least three years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security experience, or a college degree.
• Concealed carry weapons permit.
• At least one year of security-related experience.
• Armed guard card or license.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance.
• A valid driver’s license required per Allied Universal policy.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation and drug screen required by law and policy.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response as needed.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations calmly and reporting according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of facilities, restricted areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials to protect personnel, property, and sensitive materials.
• Prepare clear incident reports and logs, and communicate information to leadership and site contacts.
