Job summary

Marksman Security is seeking licensed armed security officers for the Olathe area, at a food distribution warehouse. The role involves patrols, access control, CCTV monitoring, and responding to security incidents.

Shifts run Thurs through Mon, 4pm–12 Midnight, with a pay rate of $21.00 per hour. Benefits include 401(k), medical/dental/vision, paid training, PTO, and career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Preferred - Class A Patrol Kansas City Security License.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must pass pre-employment background and drug screening.
• One year of prior security background required.
• Must have 9mm firearm and a level 3 holster.

Responsibilities

• Manage all guest/visitor access and eject trespassers when necessary.
• Verify credentials of incoming and outgoing individuals/vehicles.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms.
• Patrol the perimeter (interior/exterior) to identify safety and security risks.
• Other duties to be determined by operations.
