This position is responsible for responding promptly and effectively to emergency situations, including active threats and alarm activations, while enforcing institutional policies such as the weapons-free campus. The officer conducts regular security patrols, monitors surveillance systems, and investigates incidents to uphold safety standards. Additionally, the role involves assisting with calls for medical aid, managing sensitive situations like employee terminations and prisoner security, and providing exceptional customer service by supporting screening processes, access control, and visitor assistance. This position demands vigilance, sound judgment, and the ability to manage diverse security-related tasks with professionalism and care.Job Title: Armed SecurityResponsibilities:Ensures that security-sensitive areas are properly secured.Monitors camera systems and uses cameras to assist in investigations.
