Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, personnel, and members of the public by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, access policies, and emergency response activities.
• Screen individuals and personal property using designated screening equipment and established procedures; identify prohibited items and report findings according to site protocols.
• Verify identification, credentials, and authorization for entry into restricted areas; maintain accurate visitor and screening-related records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and public agencies as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned screening areas, entry points, and surrounding perimeter.
