Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have completed high school/GED plus two years of experience in CWF Public Safety Department, or equivalent.
• Excellent public contact skills and ability to handle stressful situations.
• Excellent communications skills and report-writing ability.
• Must be able to work irregular/extended hours, including nights, holidays, weekends.
• Must possess valid VA driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine patrols across Foundation properties and inspect buildings, grounds, and parking areas.
• Monitor alarm systems, CCTV, access control, and communications for timely response.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with external agencies as needed.
• Supervise patrol officers in the absence of the Master Sergeant.
• Develop training materials and schedule for Public Safety staff.
