Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring an Armed Security Officer in Victoria, TX. The role provides armed protective services, including patrols, access control, CCTV and alarm monitoring, incident reporting, and customer service to a high-profile client.

You will deter threats, enforce procedures, respond to emergencies, greet visitors, patrol on foot or by vehicle, and maintain compliance with post orders and security protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have or be able to obtain Armed Guard Card/License as required by state law.
• Basic Life Support CPR/AED and First Aid from recognized providers must be obtainable.
• Federal and state firearms qualifications required or obtainable.
• Minimum two years armed security or US military service or equivalent.
• 21 years of age or older, depending on law.

Responsibilities

• Provide armed protective services for a high-profile client per Allied Universal standards.
• Conduct armed patrols, access control, CCTV and alarm monitoring.
• Prepare incident reports and maintain professional customer service.
• Deter threats and enforce site procedures and protocols.
• Respond to emergencies with urgency and accuracy.
• Greet visitors, answer questions, and assist as needed.
• Patrol the facility on foot or by vehicle as required.
• Operate radios and monitor security consoles and alarms.
