Job summary

First Coast Security Solutions is Hiring Armed Protective Security Officers (PSOs) for Madison, Dane, Columbia, and Rock counties in Wisconsin. Roles are full-time and part-time; willingness to travel and work weekends/holidays required. Competitive rates: Training $17.75/hour; Base $29.33/hour + $5.52 Health & Welfare.

Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years old and a U.S. citizen.
Must possess valid Armed Security Officer License.
Must have a valid Social Security Card.
Must be able to obtain DHS/FPS suitability.
Must have reliable transportation.
Fluently speak, read, write English.
Must have firearm certification.
Minimum of two years of verifiable experience.
Education: High School Diploma, GED or 60 college credits.

Responsibilities

Control access to client facilities by verifying admittance and screening visitors.
Monitor entrances, exits, and CCTV monitoring, and remote access systems.
Patrol assigned areas on foot or in a vehicle.
Respond to incidents following established procedures.
Complete logs and reports with proper grammar and accuracy.
Report suspicious activities to client representatives and authorities.
